• Monday-Friday         4:30pm-5:40pm
• Saturday-Sunday           8am-2:40pm

Online Booking Options:

• You MUST select ER/hospital follow-up if you have been in the ER or hospital since your last visit with us.
• Cancel appointments 24 hours in advance to avoid a $25 No-show fee.
