Instructions to setup your online access to your medical records:

1. Please come in in person to get authorized for access to your electronic records.

*This cannot be done over the phone

2. You will receive a login and password.

The Healow app is a secure and convenient way to manage what’s important and puts you in control of your health.  Practice Code: GCBBAA

Messages and refill requests sent to providers via the Portal are answered the next weekday.
